The mid-mountain Peak Lodge offers your guests the opportunity to experience a mountain-top event that is sure to be memorable. Available year round, our King Pine corporate event venue can accommodate up to 800 guests. This business meeting room combines the rustic charm of a mountain lodge with modern amenities all while being surrounded by soul-stirring views.
Connected to Sugarloaf’s Conference Center, The Beach is a sun-drenched outdoor patio area that can accommodate up to 300 guests. This is the perfect company event space for outdoor mixers, post-meeting barbeques, or for event planners just wanting to escape the confinements of an indoor event space. The Beach is available during the spring, summer, and fall.
Evoking the spirit of a classic mountain lodge, this corporate event venue is the perfect location to treat your guests to views of western Maine’s majestic mountains. Located at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel, the Carrabassett business meeting room can accommodate up to 100 guests and is available year round.
Designed for high-end dinner events, this company event venue can hold up to 100 guests and is available during the winter after 4:00pm.
Available year round, our Widowmaker corporate event venue can accommodate up to 125 guests. Plus, as an added bonus, this corporate meeting space features a rooftop deck for guests to take a break and gaze out upon the awe-inspiring mountains of western Maine.
This fantastic business meeting location offers an intimate mountain setting with modern luxuries. The Kennebec room offers boardroom style seating for up to 15 guests.
