Due to the high demand for Big Sky's event spaces, we strongly recommend booking our hotel meeting rooms and event venues at least one year in advance.

Our hotel event rooms can accommodate any number of attendees from small board meetings to large conventions and we do not require a minimum number of attendees. However, we do recommend having at least 15 guests at your function to take advantage of most group rates and banquet menus.

Our hotel meeting spaces and event rooms provide tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, pens, notepads, mints, audio visual equipment, access to printers and fax machines, and complimentary wireless internet for all functions.

Big Sky Resort offers group rates on lodging, activities, lift ticket, and adventure equipment rentals.

To book one of Big Sky's event venues or hotel meeting spaces the first thing you need to do is submit a request for proposal (RFP). Our sales managers will then respond within 24 hours to evaluate your needs and discuss your options. They will then send out a final proposal and contract for you to review and sign. Once we have received your signed contract, your sales manager will assign you a representative to handle any planning and additional details with the resort, including catering.
