At The Highlands, the main conference facilities are located in the Day Lodge at the base of the ski hills. The Camelot Zoo and the Blue Green room conference halls will take your next event to new heights. These conference venues feature nordic influences with windows throughout that offer beautiful views of the Mountain, as well as outdoor terraces perfect for coffee breaks, lunches, and receptions. The Blue Green conference space can accommodate 600 people theatre and 400 classroom style. The Camelot Zoo conference
Located in Boyne Falls, Michigan, Boyne Mountain features over 37,000 sq ft of flexible conference space and 14 breakout rooms, with most facilities featuring views of the natural surroundings. The main conference space at Boyne Mountain is the Matterhorn. Located in the Civic Center building at the base of the ski hill, the Matterhorn conference facility is reminiscent of a traditional alpine lodge with nordic touches. This conference venue can be divided into 4 sections, which can accommodate 1,000 people theatre or 600 people classroom style. This conference space also features its own registration desk and pre-function area outside the meeting room.
