Camelot Zoo and Blue and Green Room

At The Highlands, the main conference facilities are located in the Day Lodge at the base of the ski hills. The Camelot Zoo and the Blue Green room conference halls will take your next event to new heights. These conference venues feature nordic influences with windows throughout that offer beautiful views of the Mountain, as well as outdoor terraces perfect for coffee breaks, lunches, and receptions. The Blue Green conference space can accommodate 600 people theatre and 400 classroom style. The Camelot Zoo conference

Boyne Mountain

Located in Boyne Falls, Michigan, Boyne Mountain features over 37,000 sq ft of flexible conference space and 14 breakout rooms, with most facilities featuring views of the natural surroundings. Matterhorn

The main conference space at Boyne Mountain is the Matterhorn. Located in the Civic Center building at the base of the ski hill, the Matterhorn conference facility is reminiscent of a traditional alpine lodge with nordic touches. This conference venue can be divided into 4 sections, which can accommodate 1,000 people theatre or 600 people classroom style. This conference space also features its own registration desk and pre-function area outside the meeting room. The hotel conference center’s location in the village area of Boyne Mountain provides easy access to food and beverage outlets and shopping.

Arlington Ballroom

Located on the lower level of the hotel, the main conference hall at the Inn at Bay Harbor is the Arlington Ballroom. Elegant in its finishings, newly redecorated, and with spacious pre-function space, the Arlington conference space will accommodate 330 people theatre, or 160 classroom style. 

Boyne’s hotel conference centers will assign you an Event Manager who will help coordinate your room layout, food and beverage, audio visual, activities, spousal programs, and teambuilding.
