Matterhorn
The Matterhorn is our largest event hall in Northern Michigan. This banquet room features beautiful nordic architecture with plenty of natural light. This hotel function hall offers an abundance of space for large general sessions, exhibits, and receptions. The space can also be divided equally in two. Event planners can also take advantage of the large pre-function space and dedicated registration desk.

Featuring floor to ceiling windows overlooking our ski mountain, this banquet room is sure to take your guest’s breath away. Your guests can also take advantage of the outdoor patio space to get an even better view of the mountain. The Vienna event hall also features beautiful stone and wood alpine architecture.

The Blue Green hotel banquet hall features charming alpine architecture and cathedral ceilings. To top it all off, this hotel reception hall offers plenty of windows overlooking our beautiful ski mountain. The reception hall is divisible by two with great pre-function space and outdoor patio for guests to enjoy. .

Camelot & Zoo Bar
This resort banquet hall features cathedral ceilings and rustic alpine architecture. The Camelot & Zoo Bar’s windows overlook our ski Mountain, which is truly an awe-inspiring view. The room can be used as one big reception hall or divided in two. This reception hall also offers great pre-function space, a bar and cocktail lounge, and an outdoor patio for guests to enjoy the crisp mountain air.

The Champions room offers a medium sized event hall that can also be divided in half. Attached to this resort banquet room is a spacious outdoor patio space perfect for receptions. Outside the reception hall you will also find plenty of space for food, beverage, and coffee breaks. There are also plenty of breakout rooms located across the hall. And to sweeten the deal, the Champions banquet hall offers easy access to its own parking area.

We recommend reserving our hotel banquet rooms at least 12 months in advance. Early booking tends to mean more availability and more prime event spaces to choose from.

To reserve one of our banquet rooms please contact our sales department to check for availability and rates, as well as schedule a tour of our facilities. Once you are ready to reserve the function hall, we’ll put together an event contract and send it over for you to review and sign.
